Ambassadors are the reason any of this happens. You do not need a background in climate, a title, or a spare weekend every month. You need to want New Jersey to be better, and to be willing to show up once.
Everyone is welcome. Every skill counts.
We are especially looking for people with trades and hands-on skills: carpenters, electricians, drivers, sound techs, cooks, repairers, interpreters. The week runs on practical help as much as on programming.
Setup, check-in, wayfinding, and teardown. The most social two hours available.
Carpentry, electrical, sound, driving, cooking, repair. If you can build it, fix it, wire it, or move it, we need you.
ASL interpretation, captioning, translation, guiding or assisting an attendee, and venue walk-throughs.
Flyers at libraries, posts in local groups, and invitations to organizations we haven't met yet.
Event graphics from the brand kit, photography at events, and listing copy edits.
Help maintain this open-source site: content updates, accessibility checks, and small fixes.
